In a non-competitive and nurturing environment, we bring fun movement, breath and games into a fun-filled and educational practice. A place to chill and find entertainment in the simple things while learning ways to release stress, increase energy and build strength.
Kids Anxiety Sensitive Yoga (9-16)
A chance to find a balance within your own person and learn appropriate social emotional tools to use for any situation. private or semi-private classes
Family yoga (all Ages)
Family yoga creates great opportunities for bonding time, learning together and teamwork. Classes have a variety of poses, songs, and activities, that will fit some ages better than others, but there will be something for everyone, and families get to practice and learn together.
